Registration Guide
1. Registration Sign-Up Form.
NEW STUDENTS: Scroll down to the REGISTRATION FORM below. Follow the instructions to complete your parent and student profiles. Upon receiving the form, our administration team will contact you to confirm which class you desire (Group or Private lessons). A registration fee will be required to start the process.
RETURNING STUDENTS: Please go to the Log-In/Re-registration tab on the HOME page, and log in to your account. Pay the registration fee, our admin team will contact you once class times are confirmed and the remainder will be charged.
2. Payment Type and Method:
1. Annual (1-Payment): Credit, Visa (Debit), Cash, E-transfer on September 1st or January 1st.
2. Monthly: Credit, Visa (Debit) (Auto-charge), Post-Dated Cheques. * A one-time Monthly recurring Payment Plan fee applies ($45/ year).
ANNUAL PAYMENT:
- Registration Fee (the day of registration).
- Balance (September 1st, or January 1st )
MONTHLY PAYMENTS:
- Registration fee (the day of registration), Book fees, and the Monthly Payment Plan.
- Monthly recurring credit card charges on the 1st of every month.
Note: Monthly payments have an additional finance fee of $45/year.
A REGISTRATION FEE IS REQUIRED TO PROCEED TO PICK A DESIRED COURSE.
3. Lesson Type:
Choose desired lesson in the drop-down menu. In the Preference area, indicate your preferred Class/Time. Our admin team will reply with confirmation.
We continue to accept registrations until classes are full. Once full, new registrations will be put on a WAITING LIST of the same course level.
Musica Academy reserves the right to change class times and teachers. If classes are canceled, we will refund the registration fee before classes start.
